The Anytown real estate market has seen a lot of fence-sitters in the past year. Provo sellers didn’t want to list their homes when the prices were rock-bottom. People seeking Ogden real estate kept waiting to see if prices on Salt Lake City homes or condos would go even lower.
Guess what? Things have started moving on the Provo and St. George housing scene.
If you need to sell your St. George land or Ogden commercial but are still sitting on the fence, maybe it is time to jump down. Home prices in Salt Lake City have been creeping upward in the past few months. Buyers are seeing the increase and don’t want to wait till they get any higher. Many Anytown rentals and investment properties have sold recently, too.
